Castro's Mini-California Trip
The family piled in the car. Julio, Chris, Eric, Tara, Sean, Aden, Quin and Julio's mom Sonya. We drove down to vegas for one night, then headed to Universal Studios. We left on a tuesday and were home by friday (saturday morning).

Even dumb enough to stop at "Whiskey Pete's" and go on that large roller-coaster. (My neck still hurts). Quin wanted to get off in the middle and Aden will not be riding any roller coasters any time soon, but the rest loved it. Also made a quick stop in "Calico" the mining ghost town.
Universal Studios was a riot. Then we took a walk down Hollywood Blvd, but to Tara's disappointment, we did NOT see anyone famous.
We had a great time, and it was nice to take a vacation, no matter how short.
