Here are a couple of pictures of the mountains in Tijuana during the earthquake. Coutesy of one of my Dad's friends. We were hoping for a great report from Trent about the earthquake but the earthquake happened during siesta time, and this is all the information we got from him,
"Well if you are waiting for a big story on the earthquake i suggest that you go look on the internet or the news because well from what i have heard it was at like almost 4 here and so that is 5 there at home so we were already back to the house and well the truth is that i was asleep and all of the other elders also and so we didnt feel it but it did happen because i have heard alot about it and we also got a call from the leaders to see if we were alright and that is what woke us up."
One thing that he has mentioned about earthquakes, since this is his 3rd, is that the aftershocks make him motion sick because the ground is always moving. Definitely something I had never thought about, but now I will load up my 72 hour kit with some Dramamine! Thanks for the tip Trent!
